Born in Lisbon in 1972, he has been a journalist since the mid-1990s. He worked at the offices of Turbo magazine and TSF radio before reaching television. He participated in the launch of the Lisbon News Channel and was one of the founders of SIC Notícias in 2001. In 2009, he returned to the written press to head the delegation of the newspaper Sol in Luanda, where he would stay until 2013. In that year, he returned to Lisbon for the challenge of Benfica TV and, more recently, it started to direct attention to the theme of mobility.
He is a frequent bicycle user when commuting to work and is involved in various innovation projects related to mobility and micrologistics.
