Vítor Moreira is currently the General Director of the Municipality of Vila Nova de Famalicão, being also responsible for the development of the Smart City project, through the B-Smart Famalicão program. He is also responsible for public procurement in the municipality, having participated in the project to create the Competence Center in Public Procurement for Innovation, an entity responsible for developing models capable of general innovation for and with Smart Cities. He is also responsible for implementing the 2030 agenda (Sustainable Development Goals) in the municipality of Vila Nova de Famalicão.
